Ihre herausragende Leistung belegt eindrucksvoll, dass auch in Tansania M\u00e4dchen herausragende Leistungen erbringen und ihre Tr\u00e4ume verwirklichen k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie die richtige Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Vainess hat im ersten Studienjahr beeindruckende 4,8 von 5 Punkten erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrzlich habe ich ein kurzes Interview mit Vainess gef\u00fchrt, um mehr \u00fcber die Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr ihre Spitzenleistung zu erfahren. Besonders beeindruckend ist dies angesichts der Tatsache, dass sie in einer Klasse von insgesamt 257 Studierenden, darunter 202 Jungen und nur 55 M\u00e4dchen, die Beste ist!<\/p>\n<p>Frage: Was hat dich zur besten Sch\u00fclerin deiner Klasse gemacht?<\/p>\n<p>Vainess: Ich denke, mehrere Faktoren haben dazu beigetragen. Zun\u00e4chst einmal brenne ich f\u00fcr die Themen, die wir behandelt haben. Mein starkes Interesse hat mich dazu motiviert, mich intensiv mit dem Studienstoff auseinanderzusetzen. Au\u00dferdem erhielten wir zu Beginn des Studiums einen Kurs zur Selbstorganisation, der mir insbesondere im Zeitmanagement sehr geholfen hat. Dies erm\u00f6glichte es mir, Aufgaben effizient zu erledigen und ausreichend Zeit f\u00fcr das Lernen und die Vorbereitung auf Tests und Pr\u00fcfungen zu haben. Schlie\u00dflich hatte ich das Gl\u00fcck, auf engagierte Lehrer und Lehrerinnen zu treffen, die mich unterst\u00fctzten und f\u00f6rderten. Mein herzlicher Dank geht auch an SCHULBANK! Dank eurer Unterst\u00fctzung konnte ich mich ganz auf mein Studium konzentrieren, ohne mir Sorgen ums Geld machen zu m\u00fcssen.
