After the first school bench meeting took place in Tanzania in January, it was time to introduce ourselves in person in Germany. And the occasion could not have been better: Destory Wilson, our head of the scholarship program in Tanzania, was visiting Germany for two weeks. Incidentally, it was his first trip outside Tanzania.
\nAround 30 donors and sponsors accepted our invitation to an initial meeting and interesting exchange in Havixbeck. In an impressive speech, Destory Wilson made it clear how differentiated the support of the education fund is and how grateful both parents and pupils are.
\nIn his presentation on the further development of Schulbank, Alexander K\u00f6sters, member of the Management Board, explained that Schulbank will continue to grow through its scholarship awards in the future, but will do so with caution.
