The scholarship program is based on a solidarity-based financing model: Tanzanian schools reduce school fees, parents and relatives cover ancillary school costs – and supporters outside Tanzania close the remaining funding gap.

On average, more than 50% of training costs are already covered by local participation – a strong sign of community responsibility.

With your support, you are helping to make new scholarship places at the best schools in Tanzania possible – deliberately without entering into a personal sponsorship.
Because we focus on respectful distance instead of individual ties: our sponsors do not come into direct contact with the scholarship holders, but work anonymously in the background – in a spirit of solidarity, partnership and free of dependencies. All in the interests of the young people, who create their own educational opportunities.
